ENCOUNTER... Don't forget this Saturday to come to "Walk to Bethlehem". This
will be a solo, self-guided spiritual walk thru the events surrounding
Jesus’ birth. Each person will walk thru these stations using a printed
guide for the experience. You may enter at any time from 11:00 – 4:00 on
Saturday, December 15. The Prayer Walk will also be open Sunday morning
9:30-11:00 if you would like to walk it prior to the Children/Youth Musical
Away From the Manger, at 10:45. You
should plan on approximately 45-60 minutes for this experience. The
encounter will be located in our lower level/Fellowship Hall. Guests are
welcome.
SPECIAL NOTE TO PARENTS: This encounter is a
great opportunity for you to explore the events of Christ's birth with your
children. The experience would be appropriate for - elementary age and
older. However, we ask that they are accompanied by an adult throughout each
station and that your family respect the quiet environment that this
experience requires for others to encounter Christ at this season. Childcare
WILL be provided for nursery-age children only. |
